Step 1:

Step 2:
You must have labs done prior to receiving this medication. We will order for you (additional cost) during your first visit. Required labs (thyroid function screen (TSH), metabolic panel(CMP) & hemoglobin A1C). We will accept labs done previously, if current within the last six months.
Step 3:
You can return to office for your weekly injections or have the medication provided for your use at home (additional shipping fee may be required).
